Maybe skinny but I dont see why you need to be tall to pull almost everything off...or at least thats what it seems like. Im short & if I like it I wear it.

I think another requirement for this trend (if you're going to go with the seemingly more popular loose-fitted top) then you'll also need a smaller bust. Larger chests make the fabric billow outwards and leave the bottom exposed. This is tacky. don't do this.
