i am a sucker for benefit's marketing, what can i say? sooo....benefits eyebright pink highlighting stick and bad gal mascara, go or no go?

Have you read the reviews on MUA yet? If not I suggest you do so- makeupalley.com

Anyway my personal opinions of the products-
Dr feelgood- feels nice but doesnt do much for my skin
Dandelion- nothing special
You rebel- greasy and the tint is very dark
Lipscription- this I like.. but I can achieve the same results using a baby toothbrush and my normal lipbalm
Benetint balm- make my lips look as if they are bleeding
Highbeam- gorgeous pale pink highlighting fluid with subtle shimmers, very natural looking
The Gloss- average texture, doesnt stay on very long.
Show Offs- Bambi and Powderpuff are gorgeous
honey snap out of it scrub- love the name, hate the almond scent
powder brush- excellent quality for the price.. made of very high quality goat hair.. super soft and a really good brush overall

hope this helps :)

i got the bad al mascara and din't like it. i didn't seperate my lashes. so i went back to my mac stuff.

i like the lipscription. the buffing stuff does work.

you rebel is really dark. i'm nc 30/35 and it's dark on me. kinda makes me look orange.

thanks everyone...what about the eyebright? i'm getting mixed reviews on that. i loove the highbeam, and usually wear light pink on my eyes, no liner, mascara, and light pink lips, and pink cheeks. is the eyebright more like a matte pink for shimmery?... p.s. i looove benefit's f.y. eye, my eye makeup stays like no other!

I'd say no to both. There are better products out there. The eye bright really did nothing fo rme at all. While it is expensive, YSL Touche Eclat is a better way to brighten the eye area.

I  She Lac by Benefit (Make up sealer) .. I love a little bit of eye-liner..even when I'm at the beach..and she lac seals the stuff completely..100% water proof..not a smudge to be seen anywhere where it's not supposed to be.

The only thing I buy from benefit is benetint, I love it :), I dont know about their other products...

I have a few products from BeneFit and I absolutely love all of them. :) I dont have the products you're considering on buying though... but a make up lady tested the eyebright highlighting stick on my friend and it worked pretty well.

As someone who works in marketing, I should know better, but packaging always sucks me in. Benefit does have clever names for their products and cute packages much of the time. For me, that is pretty much as far as my love affair for Benefit goes. I have never been overly impressed with the products...not disappointed/dissatisfied...just didn't see anything special or different. For example, their Boo Boo Zap got me with the clever packaging (a fun Wonder Woman type icon on the box and roll on stick), but I can get the same effect (if not better) with many other products found in Sephora or drug stores. However, I do like Benetint and the Benetint lipgloss for the very natural "flushed" look.

I  Benetint & Moon Beam (and not just because that was my best bud's nickname for me in our high school hippy phase :innocent:)

Hanne - the She Lac sounds great! Will have to put that on the list ;)

LOL Curious I just discovered the wonders of MAC's liquidlast liner.. not sure the She Lac will come to much use anymore...;)

I  benefit makeup~~~

Dr. feel good: especially good for oily and combination skin in summer, help your makeup staying longer

Benetint: one of my favorite blush. the pink color is so healthy and lovely

Georgia: as for dandelion and georgia, i suppose that dandelion fit for beige skin, but for a litte bit darker skin color, georgia is better

lying eyes: similar to YSL touche eclat radiant touch, especially for dark cycle

I use Benetint (blush), Dr. Feelgood (cream which minimizes pores and absorbs oil) and boiiing (Concealer) and these products are very good! I don't like Bad Gal mascara.

Why is the Bad Gal mascara so popular?
Why does it get such mixed reviews (either love it or hate it)?

some people don't like the really big brush. that's what i don't like about it either

Love, love, love Dandelion. It is my go-to blush for day (for night, NARS Orgasm of course). Its just the perfect color for my very fair skin.

I love everything I've ever used from Benefit. The Benetint lip balm is AMAZING and bad gal liner and Dandelion are all perfect. I'd suggest everybody go buy them right now. Their stuff is the best if you're interested in a natural look.

what does Dr. feel good does Exactly? does it work for oilier skins, and what about the texture? it looks heavy, im afraid of the clogging pores and causing black heads thingie.(i was about to purchase it the other day jus beacuse i liked the packaging, not having any idea what's it for :D )

Ha ha! I work at Benefit as a temp when I am not at uni so I know the products inside out! I use them all for makeovers on customers so I know what works on whom...

I think Dr Feelgood is utterly utterly uncessecary. Of course I dont see the customers when they go home but that kind of texture CANNOT be good for the skin.

However You Rebel is divine and I love Bad Girl lash because I love that Marianne Faithful thick clumpy eyelash look. Lengthened and separated my foot! Give me tarry and thick any day. I wish it were waterproof though because by the end of the day, it ends up under my eyes and that is NO good. Benetint is great also.
