I LOVE my lancome waterproof mascara, but it DOESN'T come off. I have my MAC eye makeup remover but it doesn't touch this stuff.

If I don't wear waterproof mascara it runs and I get these semi-circles that come from the outer edge of my eye, and looks like I have a bad smokey-eye job!

So, does anyone have a recommendation on either a new eye makeup remover OR a water RESISTANT mascara?

Thanks!

Kristin

I use Almay non-oily eye makeup pads - they get everything off for me.

Right now I'm trying out Sephora Eye Make-Up remover...so far its alright but I haven't tried to see if it can get off waterproof mascara.

yes!!!! These are the best! I, personally, like the oily kind because they're moisturizing to my eye area, but my mom and cousin both like the non-oily ones. Both are great for removing stubborn eye makeup and mascara!

I use Lancome Clarit, or something.. I dunno my aunt got it for me for free... it's like a gel that becomes and lather and gets off everything... and no funky smell.

I was interested in this topic because I use Almay non-oily makeup remover pads and they DON'T work for me. They just don't get all the mascara off and I'm not even using waterproof mascara.

Any other suggestions??

have you tried the oily version? Those work best for me.... you just gotta wipe your eyes with a tissue afterwards.

Also, vaseline works nicely. Anything with an oil-base REALLY dissolves makeup.

I wear waterproof mascara almost every day and i absolutely love-
shu uemura cleansing oil light (it can be used all over ur face and it removes every inch of makeup and leaves my skin feeling soo soft)
loreal gentle eye and lip makeup remover, similar to lancome bifacil but cheaper and just as effective

YSL Instant Pur Eye makeup remover is great too (also biphase like the loreal one)

I use Johnsons Babyoil .. it takes EVERY SINGLE THING right off ya face! :D
And it smells so gorgeous too lol :P

Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover

Shu uemura Cleansing Oil

I'm using Revlon 30-second Eye Make-up Remover. It's cheap and fast to remove all kinds of eye make-up, even waterproof mascara. I recommend it.

I also want introduce myself to everybody here. My name's Pearlie. I'm a newcomer. Just registered to reply topics after having long read comments on this board. I enjoy being here and am happy to exchange views with everybody.

My wife loves Khiels' gentle make up remover. I don't know much about all that stuff, but I like Khiel's products.

I used to use Duo -phase from Dior, but I found a cheaper, and effective version of it, which is the Maybelline makeup remover, with the pink cap...it's super good, and leaves undereye skin super smooth

I swear by Almay's moisturizing remover pads... can't beat it for the price.

How much does it cost and where did u get it?

You can get it at any Lancome counter at most department stores. Or order it online from Lancome by clicking here.

It's $21 for 4.2 fluid ounces. Enjoy! :flower:
