Best Lip Conditioners (any recommendations?)

Totally addicted to lip balm and have been through so many tubes! This is what I would recommend:

1. Kiehl's lip balm
2. Bobbi Brown Lip Balm with SPF (this doesn't look shiny which is great!)
3. Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream (multi-tasker!)
4. Dr Hauschka Lip Care stick
5. Sisley lip balm
6. La Mer lip balm

I'm tempted to try the Nuxe one, but am concerned if it looks too shiny on...

The Nuxe looks matte. Not shiny at all :)

I really think that 8 hour cream sucks. I don't get the hype. It makes my lips even dryer because of the lanolin oil.

i like johnson's mooncare intensive balm. it's intended for night use but i use it throughout the day.
think my lips are beginning to develop immunity to it and have been looking at the nuxe balm so might switch to that! wanted to try yes to carrots but can't find it anywhere
i've also heard good reviews for bourjois's baume de nuit. anyone tried it?

I like la mer's lip balm.
I thought i'd try the Kiehl's one a few months back at first i liked it but after a while it left my skin on my lips feeling not quite right. I find it hard to explain maybe over hydrated (if thats possible!)

right now Carmex. since it works...and have a cold so i cant taste or smell anything! :D

Everything by Neutrogena! Their lip moisturizers are the best. Especially during the cold winter times my lips are totally chapped and dry, but their lip-balms always help ^_^

I'm really liking my Grapefruit lip butter from The Body Shop. it was an impulse buy to bring my total up to 30 euros so I could get the free raspberry body butter (which is also AMAZING. it smells like delicious yogurt!)

carmex, kiehls, burts bees, regular chapstick, and rosebud salve lip balm does not work on me. I think that the lip balms with the most hype seem to suck, but maybe that's because my lips are extremely chapped/and bleed most of the time. i'm thinking about just going ahead and buying the Nuxe reve de miel balm but i really hate spending so much money on such a small jar.

You don't have to use very much for it to be effective, I think it's a very good buy

my lips used to be chapped all the time as a kid and NOTHING worked. even my grandpa  used to apply Vaseline to my lips while i slept because i refused to wear it during the day, too greasy for my liking. for some reason, now im like the only person i know who wears lip conditioners the least. if i go out i just put on MAC Lustreglass before the leave the house, let it wear off gradually during the day and even if i wipe it off during dinner out or something my lips will be perfectly fine. its like a barrier for right when you leave the house to protect you from the elements of the outside world!

i used Carmex only when i have colds and im blowing the moisture right out of my nose. i think Carmex works well if you use it every once and a while for super strong repair but not too often or it looses its effectiveness(thats how it is for me).

i had Jack Black lipbalm which has cute packaging, nice minty tasting, and nice texture but didnt work so i tossed that out recently(had it in my makeup box for a while, i think ive had it for a couple/few years).

i bought MAC Lip Conditioner in squeeze tube because i used to wear MAC lipglasses and i swear sometimes i got a bad batch that was incredibly sticky but this time i repurchases one of my faves MAC Cultured Lipglass and it really feels quite nice on so i dont need the MAC L.C. underneath and because it thins out the color too much. the MAC L.C. will be used on moments i dont want to wear gloss like when im giving a kiss ^_^
