Botkier Clyde hardware question...
I just recently got the 2005 Clyde in Pewter from my hubby as a gift, but I have to say, I'm kind of disappointed with the hardware. Some of the hooks/catches are plastic.
I figured they would use all metal.
He purchased it from ShopBop, so I don't believe it's a fake.
Do any of you girls have a 2005 Clyde and is some of the hardware plastic?!?

Ok, my husband cleared it up for me. It's not plastic, just nickel plated metal.
Unfortunately I don't think the metal seems all that sturdy, so now I'm debating whether I should return it.
Any of you Botkier owners ever have the hooks/catches break on you?
