I'd Say Rinko Kauchi (SP) overwears Chanel. I don't think I've ever not seen her wear Chanel.

And Emmy Rossum overwears Ralph Lauren (particularly in the past).

And a lot of celebs such as Eva Longeria and Paris Hilton overwear Juicy Couture track suits.
