I think the individual pieces would be really nice to have, if styled differently.

The big hair trend on men could theoretically be pulled off but on these tiny hipped models, makes the look top heavy. I also think if the models were more the classic handsome type it would give the effect of the nude photo of Yves Saint Laurent, masculine but with vulnerability.

You know, I gotta say... I quite liked it. Not for myself personally, but this hearkened back to his old Dior days when he truly was the arbiter of cool. Just the right amount of the classic and familiar and a sense of the strange and the new. Celine is, after all, a house of bourgeois basics at its core and that's what you have here: trenches, blazers, sneakers and suits. All perfectly staid. All perfectly made. And with just the hint of Rock 'n Roll, not as much as before, not as suffocating and cringe-inducing as before. And god bless 'em for trying a new silhouette with those jeans. I didn't think he had it in 'em.

And to those who relentlessly moan that it's like Zara. Go to a Celine store and see and feel the clothes in person and then go to a Zara and then realize why you sound so foolish.
