This collection is no where to be found on the Internet now..All we know is the date and location: 2004 May 26 on a boat in Seine. The boat was called Bateaux-Mouches or something similar...

This double-breasted blazer is the main item from the collection. Anne wore it once in the movie The Devil Wears Prada. Styling was a bit tacky though.

Can a mode change the title to Chanel Cruise 2004 Paris? Sorry I misplaced the year number.

Bateaux-Mouches is the name given to the various tourist boats that traverse the Seine to give passengers a unique view of the city, not just that one boat.

Here is the description on the Chanel Catwalk book:
A Cruise On The Seine
For the 2004-2005 cruise collection, Karl Lagerfeld invite his guests to embark on a real cruise on the river Seine, aboard a Parisian riverboat. The classic codes of Chanel style were mixed with nautical motifs for the occasion, from navy blazers ( with their own 'Chanel' crests, naturally) worn over the knee-length pleated skirts for a very 1920s tennis-player style to shell-and-coral necklaces and fish-charm bracelets.

Tweeds were also reinterpreted in a summery spirit, with brightly colored tweed-print swimsuits, tweed-trimmed tennis sweaters and tropme l'œil shifts with tweed cardigans built in. Evening wear rounded off the collection with floating, gauzy maxi dresses in shades of beige, black and blue.

Too bad these are all the pictures they have of the collection.

Maybe the real "Chanel book" @Lola701 can give us more details about this collection .
