I love that you can see the incredible detail in the sleeve and jacket. Cant wait for the HQ of this one, and I hope there are more like this.

chanel can hire anyone from tfs to do this campaign, or in a better way

I absolutely love this. It's fun and finally something different for Chanel.

The campaign is far OFF the inspiration of the campaign

It's a horrible campaign. Hire a other photographer and maybe just maybe a other model.

It's boring and uninspiring so it's definitely not different for Chanel lol

one thing that bugs me about this campaign is the theme, which doesn't reflect the dark, dreary vision of the runway presentation. i love photobooths, but i'm not sure if karl used that theme appropriately - perhaps if the shots actually came to look grittier, like actual photobooth-looking shots? i just thought it was poorly thought.

other than that, i don't see what the fuss is about. but then again, i can never disassociate chanel with the old guard, full of saggy, aristocratic, white snobby sea hags despite karl's attempts to make the label more youthful.

In the two newest images she's not even posing for the picture booth camera...this is so wierd!

Seriously this campaign is all over the place:blink: Maybe half way through shooting they just decided to throw the whole concept out of the window and just take any shots, styled any old way and then see what the results looked like. Very strange campaign for Chanel.

All over the place indeed. It looks like they took some styles from the different shootings, put them all in a photo booth and made a campaign of it. Très Carine or not, not a fan.

I'm just appreciative of the colour. Karl's vision was lacking excitement, then after Carine's contribution, the colour, I'm warming to the output. Must admit, after seeing the accessory focused shot inside British Bazaar, I couldn't contain the excitement.

on a compositional level campaign is very poor and wrong: we are seeing everytime lots of empty space. door, background, and very tiny place is occuped by model...from an publicity spot standpoint it`s just all wrong. it` s if you just show off one outfit on 4 advertising pages... *defiant coxcombry

i try to look at campaigns from a marketing point, and maybe they are trying to appeal to all types of the Chanel consumer... regardless i like the campaign, although the blonde one has completely thrown me off

The new shots are terrible. This campaign started out beautiful and now we have seen it do a complete 360.
