Can't wait! Chanel's cruise line has seriously overshadowed ready to wear and haute couture. Last year's cruise show was pure perfection.

^I think they're vacation clothes or at least that's what I'm thinking cause "Cruise"......."Cruiseship"........"go on a Cruise". I don't know someone will probly tell you different.

cruise collections are generally simpler, less conceptual collections that are aimed to be more commercially viable... if not mistaken they were originally created under a 'vacation' concept

I've been seeing this lately....obviously it's another line...but "cruise"?

Dashphire, arlekindearrabal (hey what a name!!) is right, Cruise is a pre spring summer collection delivered sooner in store (october november).. it was first aimed at rich clients going on cruise in winter (and couldn't find summer outfits in december...so sad! )
More and more brands do a cruise and advertised on it...

So much of typically boring Chanel... and horrendous jeans.

True that the collection is kind of flat and... some coulmd say boring..
It is rather commercial, and spartiates are a bit too obvious this seaon!!! (they look the same than last spring summer ones)

....but there were some nice stuff

and this id the most simple look i could find (very boring) for men's wear....

in my mind, a real clue that chanel could go towards Men RTW.....

So very boring, I don't like this at all...doesn't look like Chanel at all. Cheap.

and what is very strange is that i usually HATE Dior.. but I had to admit that their cruise collection features very nice dresses... not everything but a few gorgeous stuff....

the shoes are a big NO, but the dresses are all lovely, i would wear each of them....

Those sandals are a re-hash of last years sandals, anyone remember those?

So far, it's exceedingly unpleasant...

Although some pieces indivudually could be nice, I feel the whole show has a wrog vibe to it. Feels out of place or something.
