Chanel will no longer repair bags more than five years old

Wow and I was about to take two of my flaps for repair! They both are about 8/9 years old. This makes me angry

I'd still send them in and see if any of the "underlings" notice at this point. Worst that happens is they say no.

I'm surprised that wasn't happening before 2015, to be honest, as Gucci have always had an extremely guarded repair/refund policy.

My local Chanel has been closed down for nearly four months, so good luck even getting an answer from a door knock let alone applying for a repair.
