Anna Wintour needs to smile or get over herself.

Both images from Daily Mail.

LOL! I agree about Anna. I'm sure she does smile at fashion shows, but somehow photographers always catch her when she's being huffy.

I love Charlene's excitement at being there. Not a fan of the dress but I love those sandals.

In these photos she is holding hands with the man sitting next her while walking. I am guessing he is a bodyguard or friend. Here are also a few closeups of her makeup.

The outfit is nice enough, the coat looks a bit weird and her hair is a disaster. The bangs do not suit her at all.

She is the most frigid and cold princess out there!
I know she is very unhappy, but she could at least try! It seems she doesn't care anymore.
About the look, she looks good

Awful and scary from the hair (did she fall head first into a vat of oil grease?) to the ugly/dull (what color is that really?) dress. Another miss. At least she forced a smile this time!

I like Charlene's cape/coat. Even though it's a bit...activewear...for a church setting, she makes it work.

I like her velvet outfit too and will give her props for doing something different with her hair, but I don't like it. It's too gelled up.

As for being "frigid" and "cold," not everybody is a sparkly, warm, people-person. I'm not. And I don't feel I should have to pander for the crowd. Neither should Charlene (especially when the press is spreading lies about her marriage, and the public is judging her for not being Kate Middleton or Grace Kelly. She can't win no matter what she does.)

Don't you think that would be more incentive to be warm and sparkly in public? To show that your marriage is not in trouble. To me, it seems like she is unhappy and she is showing it. And that is her job, she's a princess, you're supposed to act like you love the public (your subjects) even if you don't. It's basic royalty 101.
