Enjoying a leisurely evening on the town, Charlize Theron was spotted at Matsuhisa restaurant in Beverly Hills last night (February 28).

The “Italian Job” actress was joined at the swanky eatery by a mystery man, causing rumors of a post-Stuart Townsend romance, though she’s also been recently linked to Sean Penn.

Over the weekend, Charlize kept busy with various activities surrounding the 83rd Annual Academy Awards.

Miss Theron showed up at the Vanity Fair Oscar party looking amazing in a Atelier Versace gown from the Spring 2011 collection.
