What happened to her neck? It is unfortunate.. I guess she finally had surgery..

I like the last look but I am not head over heels with it.. It is nice and fresh but I don't think the clutch is right and I am not sure about the shoes. I loved them better with the leather pants and pink blazer..

The actress, 38, had "a small procedure" on her neck to correct a vertebrae she broke years ago, a source tells PEOPLE.

Posing for photos at Variety's 5th Annual Power Of Women event at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel on Friday, Theron wore a cream-colored dress with a high neckline that covered the base of her neck.

Theron, who is mom to 22-month-old Jackson, is "totally fine," the source adds. Next, she stars in Dark Places, the film adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel.

She did She tried physiotherapy, creams, outpatient treatments etc and finally cave. It happens a lot. When it comes to those areas, most patients don't want to go to the theaters and try their best to escape surgery. But there is only much those kind of treatment can do I figured she would get surgery soon when her outpatient visits at the hospital became closer and closer ^^

Style wise, it seems like she lost her sparkle to me Can't wait to see her doing promo and maybe more magazine covers. She rarely disappoint then.
