I care too! She is naturally beautiful and has a simple, elegant style, but not the fake I'm-not-trying-too-hard look. You can tell that she puts thought into her outfits but doesn't take her appearance too seriously, which is rare for a celebrity nowadays, not to mention a royal. Her facial expressions are not snooty in the least bit, and best of all, she often wears flats!
