So im thinking Charlotte had to fly out of Monaco because she has to go to work . Thats Might be why she did not come to the Opera

I don't think she had a choice. The next day in France there was a strike of many transport services. Maybe she had no choice. It was either leave when she did or be stuck for a few days.
