Well, she's studying at Lycee Fenelon. She'll take the exam for the Ecole Normale Supierior (sp?) in a year and if she's one of the 70-something to get selected, she'll be studying at one of the most prestigious schools in France. ENS is a very big deal, but I guess you know that, being in Paris.

SO this girl speaks french,german,italian,spanish,english and greek too?¿¿ Don't think so, i like but she always had a bit of snobbish look and put this confused faces all time. I would have never guessed she us that intelligent,Pierre does look intelligent.

I don't know about Greek. She has to study an ancient language at the Lycee Fenelon (Latin or Greek is required, not necessarily both, but the students preparing for the ENS exam, as Char is, have to take one of the ancients).
For sure, she knows French and English. It was said that Caroline made sure her children know Italian as well, because of their father. As for German, it's possible she can speak it. Her stepfather is German. Her boyfriend is Austrian, although he grew up in Belgium. She has many German/Austrian friends and always spent the winter holidays in Austria for skiing/snowboarding. It's also possible she knows some Spanish, maybe not fluent Spanish, but passable. She's probably pretty good with languages. As much as she has traveled and been exposed to....

Is Fenelon in the St Germain district? I know Char lives in the St Germain area, so I've been wondering if her school is in walking distance of where she lives. I saw pics of her riding a bus last January, which was a bit surprising, but I'm guessing everyone rides the bus and subway in Paris, just like New York, regardless of how much money they have. I imagine she walks to school, though, For some reason. maybe she takes the bus or subway occasionally to go places, but not everyday. Who knows. she seems to pretty much stick to St Germain. who can blame her? It's such a great area. Everyone seems to believe it to be the best part of the city.

yes it's around st germain des pres...its a very convenient and central location... did u happen to catch the number or the number of the color bus she took? it really is so convenient to go to class though... my bus to classes drops me off right across the street from the christian louboutin boutique and i have class right around the corner... not a bad setup at all... unless you have a special parking permit or a driver who can drop you off

Unfortunately, it seems the Italian magazine that published the pics of her riding the bus (Oggi, I think) blurred out the bus number, however it seems like 07 to me. or something......07. And the bus has red marks on it. I don't know how Paris buses are set up, but perhaps that is "red line"???? Now I looked at it again, you guys are right. it's an 8, not 0. so it's red line 87? is there any other distinction? red line 87 north, east, south, west? hehe, I love the pointless details!
