To me it looks like Cote d'Azur, St Tropez in the first place... very clever guess, I know! It's def. France and the buildings in the background look like South, well, like St Tropez. But I cant id the car plate we see in one picture.

the plate is from the département 83, which is Var, in the South-east. Saint-Tropez is in that département, so I'm guessing that's where they are
