Charlotte Casiraghi

In terms of Charlotte and her socialite life/status, I like her. The Casiraghis are really the only socialites I pay attention to, I just like their whole vibe and the way that I see it they're private people which is why I think some of Charlotte's answers in the interview were a little close ended, I don't at all see them as an attention seeking family like some others out there...*coughAliceDellalcough*:innocent: And maybe Charlotte can be lumped together into the "typical socialite girl" category but...she IS a socialite so...yeah there you go lol. At least she's not falling over on her face drunk, launching cheesy perfume lines or doing a reality show

That Vogue article was so disappointing. It portrayed Char as someone who is stuck up when speaking to the features editor. Would that be true?

That struck me as very rude- I was surprised, she knows better than that... :(

Honestly I didn't find it rude at all. I took it as if she were sighing, like well, unfortunately my private life is all over the internet so you can certainly find the answer to your kind of dumb question there. Maybe that was just me, but that part didn't jump out at me as rude in any way.

I guess it can be really interpreted in different ways, because I get everyone's way of seeing it on here
all we have is a quote, we don't even know if it's an exact quote or not, they may as well have left out a few words. plus we don't have the intonation or anything, so it's really hard to judge how she meant the sentence without actually hearing and seeing her say it...

Obviously, there is more than a "Gucci Special Collection for Charlotte Casiraghi" feature adorned with some personal details.

Regarding the reaction of Charlotte, I think the meeting, as it seems, was developed under the terms of a "script"... In my view, the reporter skips it (intentionally or not) so I don't think Charlotte's reponse is misguided, but rather the question.

On August 19 Charlotte attended a Mexican motto party on a yacht, possibly PACHA III. Only 2 pics so far. Thanks to Iceflower at the royal forums:

I don't think a mustache really suits her.... She looks better clean shaven...;)

I'm disappointed that her Vogue spread was in her equestrian gear since we've seen enough candids in the same gear. It would have been nice to see her in RTW or couture.

I don't know if to take that line of her boyfriend rude or not. At first, i found it rude, i mean, couldn't she just said: Alexander Dellal. But in seconds thoughts, i paid more attention to the "sigh and then answer: you can find his name on the internet".
The article is dissapointing. Any women who is half intelligent would find it dissapointing. Ok, Vogue is a fashion magazine. But, you are doing an interview, you can't repeat that she is beautiful and has this and that clothes all over again.

That Vogue article is incredibly shallow. At least three quarters of the article is about her looks. I didn't learn anything substantial about her-- she's pretty, rides horses and has a boyfriend?

It is impossible to know what length and dept of an interview Vicki Woods had to work with. It sounds as if very little conversation too place at all. It appears that very little interviewing was done, or perhaps the author edited so much. Charlotte is quoted as answering where she lives - she wrinkles her brow, "it's so so hard, I'm a little split between three places". Of all the things that could have been written about, such a nothing interview. I don't think that Vickie Woods was too impressed with her subject. Pity, since Charlotte rarely gives interviews.
