I've been thinking about this and came to the conclusion that it is the combination of dress (or jumpsuit?) And hair that makes it so matronly. Same dress with somewhat easier hair might have been ok. I also agree that she looks much older in this last set of pictures. Not so much in everyday paparazzi pics, though.
