It was going on my spring wishlist (but in another color), but not for $2700. I wonder why it's about $600 more than their other python bags.

I think because its taller and also because its all python - no leather. Plus, there is the standard price increase!!

ebony, I think that it is an authentic silverado. The python scales look real (not embossed), the Chloe embossed stamp is the right font size, and the color is right for chocolate F/W 05.

Was there ever a suede or cloth-looking Silverado? I saw a woman carrying a brown Silverado, but it wasn't the python and it didn't look like the leather one either. It looked almost like it was made out of felt. It was dark brown, but at the same time, it looked like it had a very slight golden sheen.

I'm pretty sure there was only leather and python, her's must have been a fake.

Yes, there was a suede material, but I've only ever seen the beige and grey colours.

Hmm. I am pretty sure it was authentic, though. ...At least, I think so. But it was so GORGEOUS. It looked like the medium size (or maybe the large) and it was so slouchy and structured at the same time. The entire thing was made in that fabric-looking material... the straps, side pocket flaps, etc. I wonder where she got it! Hopefully I will see her again. She came into the salon where I work.

Just saw the new naturel python silverado tonight and it's absolutely gorgeous. I am really thinking of getting it. Also saw the all silver python, lovely but a bit bling for my tastes.

Yes - it's not as light - slightly more brown based if that makes sense. I will post pics iif I do get it - still trying to convince the boyf

^^ I saw the naturel Silverado at Selfridges about two weeks ago, I had no money then and I expect it to be gone anyway. I prefer it to the old naturel. It has alot more silver I noticed.

LVR has a new chocolate brown python silverado that looks similar to the original cognac (or at least the closest color since the original). I'm going to wait to see IRL.
