Agree with princessimp that the 2nd Sylvie should be a colour you would use regularly and that different shades of brown could give a different look. Like the Cognac (more casual) and Dark Brown (dressier) Spy. Although a beige python sylvie will require gargantuan amounts of TLC, but it's so appealing, especially the one shown in the Chloe website. There's a metallic bronze/brown available on LVR, which is very different to the Autumn-Winter 05-06 one.

I am also having "travel thoughts"...I will be in London in May and keep telling myself to wait so that I can call it my "souvenir"... On the other hand,e traditional silverado seems more difficult to find these days, so I want to claim another one now! Your spy example is so relevant...I tried the spy in both cognac and dark brown...liked them both!

So, the "angel" on one shoulder says, "Use your beautiful new python for a while before deciding...just relax..." Then the devil goes...

I haven't decided about the Silverado. I knew before I bought it I wasn't sure...because so much has slammed me right now.

I just picked up the YSL White Muse and I am waiting for the leopard muse to come in....

..I just got a b bag....and bought the honey colored spy this season.

I am not s ure...but at least I have it secured and I can hold on to for a few weeks and return if I need to!

I am struggling. I am trying to be a better wife...I am a newlywed and I don't want to freak out the husband the first year.

I don't want to over buy bags this season....and I know I have my white oversized ysl muse that I am 99% I want to keep but they boutique is sending me the new olive color telling me its great...and to see it....so I am going to keep either one of those....

...and the YSL leopard bag...in my pic by my name....

....and then of coures this came in. It has a little bit of stratches on it...I mean only when I look really close at it....but I know these bags are becoming more rare and hard to get....

so its hard. I don't know what to do. I have time though....my cards that I bought these on just closed before I bought them so I have 2 months to return. I hate being like that but I think giving it a solid week will help me decide.

sorry for the ramble...just have those struggles going on. pretty much I know I will keep a muse and the leopard its if I want to buy this and overspend again...haha esp since some clothes I ordered from a trunk show will be in this week.

that is the thing about fashion....it never ever ever ever stops...so I have to learn to figure what I want/need out.

here is a quick pic of the silverado I got from Nordstroms. I don't know if I want to keep since I have alot of things to pick from and I need to make the best choice.

its forking out all the money after spending so much and have money I will be spending.

plus I hope to get a good deal on ebay maybe. Man I sound so cheap right now.

thanks for that...and they will probably get more as you reach inside the bag.

I told myself if I see one on ebay f or 1500 orso..I would snatch it up.

I missed one I should have gotten the large chocolate....

..but I am thinking maybe if I sell one of my prada handbags and get like $800 or so for it....then I can use that to rationalize!!!

Guccigal - completely 2d SoCal - those marks are in no way indicative of a defect or a return - the inner leather shell on that particular season's Silverados all have those natural markings. I have several brand new from both Chloe and Nordstrom's all with FAR worse scratching than those. Some of mine have discolorations and slightly "bleached" areas on that section as well.

On the other hand, it's a perfectly valid reason to want to return it if you're not happy with the look.

I need help for choosing which style of silverado? I saw two styles from BG.com,one is zipped top like a doctor satchel, another one is snap side open tote with flap closure. Which one you prefer?
