the new website is odd.
Sort of original but not very proffesional

You know, I said the same thing. The site is very very original which is the problem since this is a very luxury based merchandise, this website does not fit with his clientell, at all.!!!

ciaobella--where do you get your red loubi sole protectors!? i can't believe i didn't do this before...i have the standard, ugly grey egg shaped ones on all of mine! blech.

Hi Harlen...When you are in SF...drop into Jack's Shoe Service at 53 Sutter St (bwtn Sansome and Montgomery) He does a fabulous job and depending on the amount of sole repair is needed, charges $25-$35 a pair....well worth it! He only re-soles the front portion so the arch and heel is CL new. He has resoled 12 or so pairs for me. The best part...a warm soapy cloth..and they are good as new everytime!

I have a GF in NY that goes to Super Shoe Service...and I hear that Arty's is good too.
