OMG I LOVE MY MONIQUES!! just received them to die for!!! I gotta thank Chauss for the inspiration! and they did not go all high up as i expected they runched more down, but they are above my kneecap though, is that normal?

now, if i can just get christian to let me be his muse...
congrats, d.
yes, normal. look at ay my many pix...
i always wear them ruched so i dont look like a fly fisherman in heels.
d, please post some pix in your new boots.

I'm really tempted with the Maggie Pumps but i also love the Calypso, hmm decisions decisions...

Definitely the Maggie pumps for me, just prefer them in suede and the colour of them. I'm sure as many will like the Calypso for opposite reasons, haha

Go for the Calypso, it's different...I think the shoe in a shoe is pretty cool

Would love to know what people think of these out of curiosity. Didn't like any of those brightly coloured Louboutins on the previous page, but gotta admit these really caught my eye.

there's too much going on. if they were all black with maybe only the lilac heel-platform they'd be ok, but way too many clashing colors at once.

Some black skinny jeans and they would POP! I say snag em and make them work.

Yeah, I'm not thinking of buying them, was just curious really. Didn't like any of those other wacky coloured ones but I think those are quite striking, I think the colourclash looks a lot better on these than the other ones. Bit pricey though.

Not bad for a strappy sandal, but I think they'd be better if the straps weren't so wide.

I am not a fan of the colour combination nor the straps, they look like an attempt to re-invet the Rodita ( the sandals with the zipper) but with colours. I think those are the type of shoes that would defintely end up at sale and i wouldnt have a heartache if they pass me by

Thanks for your opinions about the Maggie pumps, going to give them a try, as i think they will be more wearable than the Calypso (still not thaaaat versatile cos of the colours, love the combination anyway)

Dulcisima - they're the only colourclash Louboutins that have caught my eye recently. I keep looking at pics of these but wouldn't pay full price for them, so I'm safe for the moment. BTW my Moniques arrived today, they make me giddy, they're stunning.
