I need advice about the 120cm pigalle shoes. Are they relatively comfortable?

they definitely take some getting used too. its a pretty steep shoe but they are soooooo sexy!

Vickycookie - they're my least comfortable Louboutins but one of my favourite pairs regardless. I'll normally end up with pains in the balls of my feet, but some people don't have any problems at all. It's worth going into a boutique and trying them on.

Serious question for you girls: How do you explain it to your partners when you've splurged on a pair of Louboutins?

I'm planning on getting my first pair this summer when I'm in London with my guy (since we don't have Louboutins anywhere in Switzerland ) but I know my guy will have zero tolerance for this. He's really not into fashion and finds brands like Tommy Hilfiger horribly overpriced, so he won't understand.

I wouldn't even explain it to him. How you spend your money is your business. Not his!

Yeah, I do that all the time - a dressing gown and high heels is one of my cornerstone looks haha - but with the Pigalles it helped a bit, but they're still my least comfortable Louboutins. They're so worth it, though.

I almost got the 120mm Pigalle 3 times from NAP. Each time, I stopped myself since that would be my first pair of CL, and I wanted to make sure I will be able to wear them comfortably. Perhaps, later on...

It varies from person-to-person, some people don't find them too bad. Don't forget NAP do free returns, so if you're not happy you can send them back.

Pigalles are a great first pair, they're the classic Louboutins IMHO.

If comfort is important to you, I recommend black patent Hyper Prives. They're high, have a nice shape, are versatile but also comfy.
