i'm really in love with cos' talent for little extra details.
i've finally found a lable (apart from bench) who does tops with thumbholes. i now have two shirts and two jumpers and i really love them.

The camel coat is gorgeous, but it is a little on the expensive side. I tried it on recently and it kind of half covered my bum, and I am quite short (165cm). It is more like a long blazer than a coat. The wool feels lovely though. But the other thing that put me off was the double layering detail at the front because it wasn't finished off very nicey - which for 175 euros you want.

My latest buy from COS is a dark blue cashmere scarf - sooo warm and cosy! They also had some gorgeous longer coats, but they were around 225 euros or so which is a bit much for me. Might save up though if it starts to get reallyyyy cold. This is my first real European winter, which coming from Australia is a shock to the system!

The coat is to-die-for. I saw it in store. It looked so lovely on the hanger, very avant-garde, but when I tried it on, but it was too loose and bulky across my chest. It is such a shame, because I have been dying for a coat like this ever since I saw the Helmut Lang version on Kate Lanphear. I hope it fits you much better.
