no disrespect to Karolina and Coco, who are legendary, but i can't imagine it being that hard to book them, or costing anything at all?
The F/W 2026.27 Show Schedules...
Any TV actresses specifically you'd like to see? They do actually plug superhero movies every now and then. Gwyneth got a cover shot by Klein for Iron Man, Sienna for GI Joe, and one of Scarlett's covers must've been for The Avengers. But they got those because they're Anna's pets and the films just provided another reason for her to give them covers. I think Gal Gadot is a huge stretch because she's still so new. Also, I don't think her deal with Gucci is still active.
I think it's maybe time to give a tv star a cover, any month! There's just so many great shows doing the rounds right now, can't believe Vogue wouldn't want to part of the conversation!
I would be happy with either or both of these women on the cover.I 130% agree with TV stars! I'm tired of seeing the same movie actresses and pop stars in covers. There's nothing new to know about them. If Vogue wants to be somehow political, they should feature Robin Wright or Kerry Washington (as they portray political figures or related thereto).
And actress i 100% predict for the future cover is P.Chopra! I don't get Quantico, and think its an awful show, with awful acting (especially hers), but she is so stunning I will take her over the usual suspects!

Agreed, can't stand that show and I'm not her biggest fan, but I can see a Vogue cover coming up (possibly shot in her native India?). So far she's got Elle, Glamour, W and Marie Claire. That's a lot in such a short span for a tv actress!
exactly! i thought it was generally accepted that girls like Coco would all be pro bono like normal celebs? Especially considering she has her own agency now and is probably trying to forge relationships with these magazines. Unless you're actually modelling to pay rent, i figured magazine shoots are something you do for free?^^ exactly. I doubt Coco costs a fortune to book. What else are they really doing?
What else are they really doing?
It is my understanding that girls like Karolina, Coco, and maybe even Guinevere should have much lower rates than Vittoria or Imaan. But the plus side is that they have a bigger draw than most of the new girls.Models, of any stature, are rarely paid for editorial work. It is usually the cost of having them that is an issue and consideration for the publication. Ie, if the shoot is abroad, their travel, their accommodation, any additional things that they 'require'. I imagine there's a fee applied to some publications, but not any of any note.
Exactly this. And hiring someone like Karolina Kurkova is going to be much more costly in this regard than one of the current crop of fashion superstars like Vittoria or Imaan.
Kim Kardashian and Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott are working together in Los Angeles. Giovanni Bianco also just delared his love for Kim on Instagram, tagging his location at Milk Studios in LA. A possible Vogue Italia cover in the works?
