Yes, a double post so this doesn’t get lost. Why are you all speculating about Naomi when she not only had an Essence cover fairly recently AND Vogue Spain? Doing exactly what you all are hoping Colonial Broad will do - shoot her with a black photographer?
I’m thoroughly confused about how people who obsess over magazines do not remember Vogue Spain, if not Essence as well?
I mean, Naomi might decide to be a huge hypocrite and Colonial Broad might be desperate enough to not look like the racist assh*le she is and a Naomi September cover might very well happen.
But it’ll just be an example of how far Colonial Broad has fallen and how she has now become a follower and not a leader if she has to give Naomi a cover after Vogue Spain.
Why are none of you speculating that a white woman will appear on Vogue? It could happen. Jennifer Aniston has not appeared anywhere and she’s in the midst of a career resurgence and is just as popular as ever, not to mention she has Emmy campaigning to do.
She seemed fine to play along with Brad Pitt during his awards run earlier this year, why wouldn’t she appear on Vogue? Stranger things have happened on Vogue covers recently. And September Harper’s is out of the question and so is VF (Aniston is not going to appear on a cover that Ta Nehisi Coates is guest editing). Elle is possible but late for Emmy campaigning since the August issue was just released.
So why not Vogue? That’s who you all should be speculating about.
