Apparently the Church of England owns the building, and it will likely be converted/rebuilt into a mixed use or residential building. Vogue, etc. will move into The Adelphi building.

Off-topic, both the Prince's Trust and British Council do a tremendous amount of work in the Commonwealth (often related to fashion and art) and I don't think it's covered enough. Something those ought to remember who are so quick to mouth off on everything that's wrong in English culture.
