However, after a dreadful June/July offering, hoping the August issue DELIVERS.

Guys, I'd like to apologize for my last post here... I picked up from a source and tried translating from Chinese to English and in the end I discovered that it was all based on the rumors of an Instagram account (@hfconfess), sorry!

For Vogue Paris I would love several solo covers with Doutzen, Daria, Lara and others that used to be frequent in VP and we have not seen for a while on cover.

I mentioned this the other day... and I don't think anyone was.

I'll not get my hopes up that anything special will happen for it. It'll probably end up being something groundbreaking like Kaia's fourth cover for Vogue Paris.

You'd think that with Alt's interest in decades gone by that we'd get a tribute or some sort of retrospective, but it seems that coverline has already been given away to the August issue. And with Kate Moss on the cover, so there's your recycled supermodel.

A group cover for VP’s 1000th issue would be something different, I can’t remember their last model group cover. With all of Alt’s faves like Anna, Lara, Rianne, Edie, Kaia, Gisele, Natasha etc.

If Gigi (finally) booked the solo cover, it's by Inez & Vinoodh judging by their latest Instagram post. They were shooting with Gigi yesterday and Grace Coddington, Orlando Pita and Dick Page were on set too.
I really do hope it's her, she very well deserved it and after all these dreadful August covers she had to share with men, September would be reasonable (not to mention how good it would be to see a model on the cover again)

As this rumour was posted I was mid way watching ‘The September issue’, quite appropriately! I do miss Grace at Vogue US after watching that.

If I&V were shooting Gigi yesterday, that couldn’t be for a September cover, it’s too late for that. I thought it was a Michael Kors campaign or something they were shooting.

The way Anna references Gigi’s shoot for September, it seemed to me as though it wasn’t the cover. I hope I’m wrong, though.

She wouldn't give away the Sept cover star, would she? Although, secrecy is a joke because I think for the past several years everyone and their mothers have correctly predicted Sept cover stars. I do welcome the idea of Gigi on the cover of Vogue again!

It has to be for a cover. Why would they invite Gigi over there because she has a shoot?

Also, the fact that they included an old photo of her from her old shoot seems like they're doing a feature exclusively about her. Not with Zayn, not with an athlete.

Unless Vogue usually does editorials + write ups, then this is indeed for a cover shoot.

Yes to Gigi scoring her first solo Vogue US cover, and September at that! I actually came across her photo in the Prada campaign while leafing through a Vogue yesterday and I realized - the girl's kinda grown on me.
