Ohhh thank god for this thread.. my heels are HELL.

definitely scrub your feet in the shower. i use Aquaphor from Eucerin - which was prescribed by my doctor. it's similiar to vaseline. exfoliate, dry, apply Aquaphor, put on socks, and relax!

to add to my post: you don't need a doctor's prescription for Aquaphor. this could easily be found at any convenience store

Bliss softening socks

Socks..
I've been contemplation trying Bliss softening socks which are moisture gel padded (for up to 50 uses) after reading about the wonders of these here where they sound almost too good to be true..

But the skeptic in me think they might be superfluous... thoughts ?

slather them in vaseline, really SLATHER them in it and then put socks on. Go to bed and in the morning when you take your socks off they will be nice and healed
