Daily Exercise #2

I love running! It's exhilarating! My mother says it's boring to run in place for so many laps, but I enjoy it. :D I feel healthy and invigorated. It helps me kick start my day.

3.25 miles is better than 0.00 laps. :P You're still ever so awesome, SS.
 
Ran 3.25 miles on the treadmill with the incline at 15 the entire way. Lifted upper body weights for 30 minutes, only one set below my actual body weight, the rest were above.
 
3.25 miles at incline 15 on the treadmill. Medicine ball workout. Upper body weights.
 
Yesterday:
300 situps
Dumbell (free weight) exercises with 30lbs weights
1hr. run on treadmill
200 pushups
 
Just completed 3.25 miles and half hour of weight lifting, no break between sets.
