Daily Exercise

Hey Guys

I've been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I've had to stop all my ballet and things.
Now I"m not fat and I don't think I am (I'm 5'5 1/2 and weight 105lbs), but I want to stay in shape is there anything I could do that will keep my arms tummy and legs in shape but won't tire me out?

I'm 14 and don't go on about focusing on skool or nethin!!!

try pilates or yoga!:rolleyes: :flower:
 
I want to get the kind of shoulders that everyone has in hollywood now..(the kind that the shoulder bones sorta sticking out a lil)... can anyone tell me how you can achieve that? Im only 5'1 and around 100 lbs,(same as the olsens, even age) but im not fit at all. any advise? thanks..

Good advice!
Also, when I injured my hip last summer and had to stop running, I took up swimming as well, and water exercises. As long as you're supervised, I can't see why you couldn't do this as well.

Swimming + yoga helped keep me from gaining weight, even though up until then I was running 90-100 km a week!
 
I made it to the gym yesterday - did 30 minutes elliptical and 10 minutes on the bike, plus some weights and abs.
I hope to make a repeat performance today, even though exams are in a week! YIKES!
 
Im so happy today :D my dad went out and brought me the 'funk fit' dance fitness dvd,with the girls from coronationstreet in it.So i was so happy about that,and also a 30 minute stretch and tone dvd came with it also so thats even better!!! the excercise i done today was-

Walked about 2 miles around 12:00pm

done the 30 minute stretch and tone.

DOne 60 minutes dancing with the dvd

done another 30 minutes of stretch and tone

and ive just done anothr 30 mins of it b4 bed



.. i know i might of gone crazy lol but i suppose i was just glad to have it and wanted to do it all day.

Also i cant do many sit ups and that lot as i got my belly pierced :D (i did have a thread in the more jewellery section,but its bin deleted somehow :shock: ) yesterday,but im still doing as much as i can.

Your dad is so sweet. My dad never knows what to buy me so usually I get money on Christmas and my birthday. I don't know what he's going to do from now on, since I got a great job. I'll feel guilty for taking any money from him under the circumstances. Oh well he's just going to have to be more creative. :innocent:
 
ran the 2-mile at track... i'm gonna do some pushups and some crunches... about 30 min of exercise today :doh:
 
yeah i did feel really good yesterday.

I know i felt so guilty,cus he paid for me to get my belly done which was 25pound,he wasnt really keen on the idea,but after that hes like right dont ask for no more and im like yeah fair enough i wont,then the next day he goes and buys me some clothes and that fitness dvd which was 15pound!!!! bless him x

im gonna go do some excercise now ;) cya

I don't know why, but this is my first look at this thread and now I'm going to check it frequently for inspiration!! Been somewhat of a loser in the exercise department lately. Plan to get back on the ball...
 
wow u guys do a lot of exercise
since its been geting warm outside i've been taking 1 hour walks each day and riding my bike really fast on the bike trail for about 30 minutes but now i dont think thats enough after i read what all of u guys do ... i guess tommorow i'll take a two hour walk
 
I walked two rounds around our "lakes" at work. 2 miles in total. Better than nothing!! I'll do some strength training when I get home (crunches - ugh!, push-ups, etc).
 
Im gonna start going swimming.... im gonna go for an hour or 2 after school,at least 2 days after skool then on a weekend.And im doing a 30 minute stretch and tone video a day now which has a 10 min warmup,around 12 minutes cardio then matwork (crunches ect) and a cool down,and im going to do my 1 hour dance video which is like aerobics,got a little salsa dance and toneing and all that in on a weekend.Im gonna try and go swimming at least 3 times a week,2 times during the week and on a sunday.

i've been 3 weeks in jazz class now... i know, its so 80's, but i really need to acquire more cordination skills
 
I just been to my first hip hop dance class and omg its so hard !! i might pack it in
 
Oooh. How fun you guys!!!! I love dance! I had to quit my classes, but I miss it dearly! I took jazz and hip-hop and was just starting to get the hang of tap (so hard, I think). I still take cardio hip-hop at the Y, which is fun, but not quite the same...

No exercise for me yet today. May take a walk when I get home from work. So beautiful today!!
