Hey Guys
I've been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I've had to stop all my ballet and things.
Now I"m not fat and I don't think I am (I'm 5'5 1/2 and weight 105lbs), but I want to stay in shape is there anything I could do that will keep my arms tummy and legs in shape but won't tire me out?
I'm 14 and don't go on about focusing on skool or nethin!!!

my dad went out and brought me the 'funk fit' dance fitness dvd,with the girls from coronationstreet in it.So i was so happy about that,and also a 30 minute stretch and tone dvd came with it also so thats even better!!! the excercise i done today was-
) yesterday,but im still doing as much as i can.


Well, it is exercise!!
