I took a weight's class last night and couldn't do the full hour. I totally went down and I thought I almost gave myself a hernia holding up this huge barbell.
Today I've got a nice 30 dance aerobics class, shouldn't be too bad and it wont kick my ****
It's been raining outside all day and I've been feeling a bit sick so...I did nothing today I'm hoping I can do some aerobics or something tomorrow though
yesterday walked a couple of hours
today did 1 hour of cardio (intense on the treadmill for 30 mins, more gentle on the incline bike 30 mins)
