30 Min brisk walk (up and down streets in heels - go calf muscles!)
2K run
30 Min Weights (squats (wide and traditional) deadlifts, swiss ball crunches, plank, more crunches, push ups, shoulder press, bicep curls)
15 Min spinning

30 min strength training in gym
Sit-ups
20 min bike / treadmill
30 min stretching

30 minutes of free weights this morning. It's raining - there's like an inch and a half high of water on the ground outside my door - will have to move the run to this evening.

To those doing Elliptical, do you find yourself exhausted after say, 20 minutes? Is it better than a threadmill?
 
^ I used to find it much more tiring than the treadmill but that could have been because of my heart I suppose :S
 
long day today...can't get a run in probably until this evening...so this morning:
30 minutes weight training.
