Daily Exercise

ran 2.2 miles last night.
this morning: 20 minutes free weights.
busy week...just trying to fit time in when i can ^_^
 
I did about 20 min. of weight training today and went for a 15 min. walk. Not much today. :)
 
3 mile jog with my dog (who makes the best running buddy- because you get to control the pace:lol:, oh and if going up hills she can help out by pulling a little bit lol)
 
im starting to do personal training for one hour everyday this weekend yayyyyyy!! im hoping to see good results by week 3!

ran only 2 miles this morning. my right leg started to spasm...i've been running a bit much lately...have to relax the rest of the day :)
 
I walked around the city for about an hour, but then I ate ice cream. I couldn't help myself.
 
I should post in this thread daily, but I forget because I log all my workouts in a journal. And I do work out every day thankfully to my schedule's allowance.

Today it was 7 miles run, a lot of uphills near Mulholland Drive and 45 mins. strength training.
 
45 min run (5 min warm up, 27 min run, cool down walk home);

40 (each leg) static lunges;
40 (each leg) sliding lunges.
 
Yesterday was an epic day for exercise. I walked down hills, roads, parks, and even across a bridge for the entire day. But then I ate ice cream, again.
