3 mile jog with my dog (who makes the best running buddy- because you get to control the pace, oh and if going up hills she can help out by pulling a little bit lol)
I should post in this thread daily, but I forget because I log all my workouts in a journal. And I do work out every day thankfully to my schedule's allowance.
Today it was 7 miles run, a lot of uphills near Mulholland Drive and 45 mins. strength training.
Yesterday was an epic day for exercise. I walked down hills, roads, parks, and even across a bridge for the entire day. But then I ate ice cream, again.
