Daily Exercise

Took a 1 1/2 mile hike in the park last night. The weather was too nice to be in the gym. Kickboxing tonight!

Keep it up everyone!! We can do it!

1h steps lesson
1h cardio box lesson - I joined the lesson today, it wasn't that bad....

But I'm having a terrible day, I dunno why... WHY!!!!!???? Yesterday wasn't good at all neither... This is definitely not gonna be my week. And tomorrow the gym is closed because it's holidays... WHY???!!!!

3 miles and my butt was kicked. Ughhh.

But I am looking forward to Thursday! Taking my dogs for an hour walk and running.
 
thx to everyone for wishing me well. i feel better now! i missed week because of all the school work and studying! finally got back to gym today and it was soo hot in there and there were a ton of people getting ready for summer

ab workout 15 reps
planks 1 min
more ab stuff 30 secs
row 6 mins
triceps probably 30 or 40 reps, i lost count lol
abs 60 reps
stairs 10 mins

it was really too hot in there, summer is gonna be so gross!
 
this thread is so motivating, always makes me want to hit the gym!

last night:

30 min run
20 min stationary bike

should go to the gym later tonight.
 
Biking on Tuesday night..about 5 miles. My 5k is Sunday and I haven't been able to run all week:( I'm not sure what to do about this race. My knee is still sore, I think I can make it through 3 miles, but the knee is something I don't like to mess around with. It may be a "game day " decision!

In the end dear, it's just a race. If you're having problems right now that don't diminish by then, hang up your hat for the day. There's no need to aggravate an injury. Let us know what you end up doing, though :blush:

It has been a tad bit stressful and busy for me lately, and the weather didn't cooperate for 3 days earlier this week. So for me today:
this morning lifted weights for 30 minutes - focused on shoulders, arms, delts, abs. this afternoon, ran 4.4 miles.

This morning, short workout due to me sleeping in :)

15 minutes of running
30 minutes of weights.

Chris, you're, like, my inspiration! You are on the ball when it comes to exercise. I am a lazy girl! :D

I did walk about a mile today. Tomorrow I am going for my first run with an old buddy, so that's going to be real fun. I'm starting light with getting through my old four mile, so!

Oh..this come up before, and i think i forgot to say...but a trick i used to use, was, if there is a fresh supply of water handy, soak cap in water, wring out a little, and wear while exercising.

Agreed :flower:. This thread and more importantly its members are a great source of motivation and encouragement. I have to say a special thanks to Chrisdesigner for all of your lovely karma messages ^_^. Really helps me to stick with it.

Since I'm in the middle of exams right now I haven't really done much this week :judge:. Yesterday I went for an hour run but other than that I've just been doing my daily ab workout. Hopefully I'll get my butt in gear next week when school's finished.
