Daily Exercise

Walked ALL around Covent Garden, Chinatown, Oxford St and Tottenham court road for hours.
Also, I walked from Tottenham court road station to home which is roughly 2 miles I think...
 
Wednesday
25mins on the elliptical
25mins on treadmill with incline
10-5mins abdominal exercises and walking lunges.
(fit-ball crunches, sidecrunches, straight leg raises, plate twist, leg raises)
 
I'm going to do a 30 minute run this morning, 20 minute walk and then I'm moving on to doing about 30 minutes of lifting. :) Yahoo I feel good.

Tonight I:

- walked on an incline for an hour (3.5 miles)
- rode a stationary bike for 30 mins (6.5 miles)
 
Monday: 10mins elliptical, 15 treadmill on incline. Weights, legs, arms, butt, shoulders. Crunches.

Totaly time 1.5-2 hours I didn't time it too well..

I also sprained my ankle getting off the calf-raises machine :( so I've got it all bandaged up and swollen :(

when u said it got you sweating earlier than the treadmill i tried it and I like it now... :blush:

I just had to give it a chance!

Mind you just upping the resistance on it makes you feel like you're running up a hill like the treadmill incline :)

for me in the begining was just threadmill, bt know Im a elliptical addict:)
 
I've been doing a lot of swimming this holiday!

Yesterday I did 40 minutes of swimming then I went to an hour and a half general yoga class.
 
Haven't worked out in over a week....so lazy and unmotivated ugh. Hopefully I'll work out wed-fri of this week. fingers crossed.
 
I just found the best weight exercise to burn fat more quickly.

One and a half brisk walking along the beach path near my house, which is hilly. This is the first thing I've done in a long time. I've been so slack, but I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon!

Ive been sick .. so not much exercise lately.
I went for pilates class day before though.. I might do some light yoga if I feel okay today.
