Daily Exercise

I miss being at my house up north...I walked like 4/5 miles along the beach everyday.

Crosstrainer today!
 
^Omg what a elliptical addict, you dont even use treadmill anymore:lol:
 
^Im happy that are addicted to the elliptical & you will see if you didnt see yet, that you will obtain better results than with the treadmill.

I know there supposedly isn't any such thing as target toning , but is there any exercises anyone does that really helps toning the lower stomach ?
 
I dont post my work out since about 2 weeks ago.

Since I left the gym for vacations, I have been doing at night push ups and abs to keep my body +/- in good shape.
 
today will be:
2 miles on the elliptical
loads and loads of stretching
..dance intensive!!
 
30mins treadmill
15mins stretch

yesterday 20mins power walk, 10mins jog

i'm starting to get back into the swing of things...
 
-35 mins swimming
-shopping/walking! (for serioussss...mall walking is lots of exercise. walking up stairs, lifting clothes off racks etc etc)

Hehehe i already have with the few times I've used it, I feel my fitness level has improved significantly in a short amount of time.
 
^Oh yes, that´s why I like so much the elliptical, keep working;)
 
I have a three day cycle. I run just under 10kms on day one. Day two weights. Day three rest.
