Daily Exercise

yesterday: 10 minutes on a step machine that a i don't know the name
 
well i run/jog every other day for 30 mins and on my days off i tend to walk alot..but this is a new routine. havent always been like this!

used to exercise on the exercise bike before but it gets boring after a while, even watching tv doesnt seem to spice things up. i think im going to stick to running for a couple of months and then alternate back to the bike
 
80-min intervals on the treadmill, alternating between brisk walking and running.
The arm segment of Tracy Anderson's Method Mat Workout DVD.
 
Gym was closed today :( so just a brief 20 min morning workout:
Oblique V-up - 10 reps each side
Speed Rotation - 10 reps
Two Handed Wood Chop - 10 reps each side
Side Jackknife - 10 reps each side
Pulse up - 10 reps
 
waaay too cold to run outside... and I hate treadmills...

lifted weights...
 
So far today I've done 4.2 *** run/walk on the treadmill. I also plan to take the dog out for a power walk tonight. :)

- I did part of the 30 day shred workout today but just got too worn out in the middle. I had also done it last night before bed so I figured I could take a break and just do it tomorrow!

- I walked downtown and back home (45 mins, and the way back is up a biiig hill!)
 
Yesterday I did 4.2 *** on the treadmill. I felt really tired for the rest of the day so I'm taking today off.
 
30 minutes swimming,then in half an hour I'll walk half a mile to the dentist,then the other half mile back.Traffic is too scary to ride bike in,alas.
