Daily Exercise

yesterday: 30 mins on cross trainer, 20 mins on cycle and 10 mins on treadmill (HIIT interval running - OMG it kills) plus 30 mins weights training

today: 4 mile walk in the snow (i like to think of it as added resistance ;) )
 
nothing today, i've been stuck in bed all day with sickness :( hardly eaten though, so surely that makes up for it a little bit :lol:
 
^^I hear with the sweating, it's been very hot here.

30 mins running and power walking on the treadmill.
 
ugh ive been sick for a while now too but today im going to try to exercise a bit. maybe the sweating will help.
 
Have been slipping about on the ice all day and did the splits on an ice hump. Enough exercise for me.
 
Today: 30 minutes on the family's ellpitcal's weight loss program.
Yesturday: Dinner and desert at Applebee's.

Twist - 1 set of 10
Alternate Wood Chop - 2 sets of 10
Stretch exercises
 
This week, I have excercised 170 min,50 % aerobic (body combat, body jam), 43 strength and 7 % stretching. I love this work out-diary. it calculates everything, tells you if you need to do harder, or rest, and what kind of sports you should do. Love it!
