Probably the best thing would be to not exercise for a while....
but Yoga is probably good too... you are still stretching and building strength but it tends to have a lengthening effect on your muscles, so you don't get that kind of bulky look but rather more long + lean...

does anyone know of any effective ways of targeting lower body fat? i reeeally don't want to lose anymore from my upper body, the annoyances of being pear-shaped!
