Daily Exercise

30min morning cardio on stationary bike, then hitting the gym later today for some chest
 
I used the Jillian Michael's '30 Day Shread' DVD for the 20 minute workout. It killed me I am so unfit!
 
Wow. The last time I was in this thread, there wasn't a number at the end of the title. :doh:

Cardio for 30 minutes. Weights for 30 minutes.
 
^No kidding...it's been far too long for me too...:innocent:

1 hr walk/jog....it's a new year...time to start exercising again...:muscles:

Anyone know any good exercises to lose muscle on my legs? :)

Probably the best thing would be to not exercise for a while....:lol:
but Yoga is probably good too...^_^ you are still stretching and building strength but it tends to have a lengthening effect on your muscles, so you don't get that kind of bulky look but rather more long + lean...
 
Biggest winner maximize full frontal (20 minutes)
30 day shred level 2 (20 minutes)

was going for level 3 and 1 too, but I got lazy :lol:
 
30 min on the treadmill (10 min walking, 20 min running)
New York City Ballet 2 Workout DVD (1 hour long)
 
50 mins of cardio.
does anyone know of any effective ways of targeting lower body fat? i reeeally don't want to lose anymore from my upper body, the annoyances of being pear-shaped!
 
An hour of endurance training. Boxing workouts are always hard to start but, once you're into them, they're hard to end!
