When it's a school day (most days), I wake up really early and hit the gym as soon as it opens. I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then swim as many lengths as I can in 30 minutes. Then I walk to school, which takes about 20-25 minutes.
After school, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I go to the gym for about an hour and a half. On other evenings I have other extra-curricular activities to do, or work to do at a charity shop I volunteer in, so I'm pretty busy. I do 100 ab crunches and then the plank until I get tired before I go to bed.
At the weekends, I go to the gym every Saturday afternoon for a couple of hours, and I'm in the local tennis club, so I go there on Sunday mornings.
