Daily Exercise

20 minutes on one of those stationary bikes with arm movement (that sounds so silly, but I can't remember the name of that machine)
50 minutes elliptical
25 minutes recumbent bike
lots of stretching!
I may do a few squats and some ab work later (or tomorrow...:innocent:).
 
yesterday- 35min run/powerwalk
today- 45mins leg weights, squats etc and 20mins powerwalk
 
Monday rest day
Tuesday - 20min bike, 20min treadmill, 20min elliptical, weights, 50crunches
 
30mins cable doing arm/shoulder weights
15mins abs
21min power walk + run on treadmill
 
60 mins on the elliptical
20 mins on the tread mill
20 mins on the cycle
