WOW really that much?
when I run in trademill that much I burn like 100-150 cals.
oh well, we must be different size etc.
I just never have heard anyone burn so many calories in 22min
altough running burn a lot.

TODAY

hotyoga 60min
hotpilates 55min
 
Friday: 8.5 km run
Saturday: rest day.
Today:
50min elliptical
45min bike
15min arms bike
weights + crunches

Yeah. It's confusing! I mean i get off bright red and covered in sweat, but i've been on several of those treadmills in my gym and they all tell me the same thing!!

you should get heart rate monitor that tells the truth!
i would not believe what trademill say, it do not count your heart rate

I felt miserable through the whole thing yesterday... Mondays. Ugh.

35min treadmill - 5min warm up - 4 km run - 5min cool down
weights
15 min elliptical
10 min arms bike

Do you think it would be a good idea to add our mood/how we were feeling when exercising? :flower:
 
Thursday - 1h pilates + 1h disco dance
Friday - crazy day running around
Today - messy work-out. 10min walking uphill, 30min bike, 30min elliptical, weights + 50abs
 
60 mins on the elliptical
30 mins on the cycle
20 mins on the summit trainer
15 mins on the tread mill

Hit the gym after 2 weeks! Need to get back in to the swing of things soon.
 
I do two one and a half hour sessions a day on this thing:

It's called the XL Glider. I think describing how well it has worked for me in any detail would violate the weight talk rules, but trust me; it is a brilliant device. I removed the handles from mine because I didn't use them and they were always yanking out my headphones and hitting me in the chest. (Which hurt quite a bit.)
 
I try to do 4 miles a day.

I hate running so I walk/jog uphill.

I'm in the gym for 2-3 hours. But recently I've been slacking because classes started again.
