Same eating habits as before (mucho veggies & fruit & chicken & fish), but I drink much more than before - about 3 litres/day (mostly peppermint tea & water)!!! ^_^ :flower:

Guys, is it better to do my 30 minutes - sit-ups, push ups and so on - workout BEFORE or AFTER cardio???
 
today, 20 min jogging, 20 min aerobic, 20 min dancing ..I'm slowly working them up to 30 min..
 
i haven't been on tfs in a long while... but yesterday was workout to the max. i didn't even really plan on it.

Aerobics Interval Class - 80 min
Run (5 miles) - Treadmill - 6/7 mph
Lift/Abs - 30 min
Then since it was so nice out.... (60 degrees!!!!!!!!)
Mountain biking- 2 hr
Whew!

today.... will be.... 6 mile run.... lifting....

Ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile
and I've gotta go do Tae Bo!!
Then when my little brother gets home I'm going to ride bikes with him,
we've been doing that like everyday because it's been around 75-80
outside! Such pretty weather! I love texas winters:p
 
I went shopping.. does that count as exercise?
Im soooo bad at exercising! Whenever I feel like I should exercise I have some choclate and lie on the couch and hope that urge will soon be over.

Hm, yesterday 11-1230 and 14-16, handboll
Also, today, lifting whights, legs and biceps, 1 hour and 10 minutes.

After I did tae bo I lifted 6 lb weights for 100 reps.. Gosh I wish I hadn't taken such a long break around the holidays.. It's so hard to get back in a schedule! I was doing situps/crunches.. I'll add that back hopefully tomorrow!:woot:
 
Ran 4 miles yesterday. I'm having trouble working out consistently. I think I'm getting lazy. Blah.
 
walked fast - 7.3 km/hr on the treadmill at 2% incline - for 75 minutes in my new MBT shoes. Am looking forward to seeing if they're worth the money/hype!
 
hour of gym cario aaaannndd some light weight lifting to get me back into the flow of things
 
it would depend on your body composition and how intense the work out was... i think the only real way to find out would be one of those heart rate monitors...
 
Ok. I just want some advice on exercising. The thing is I'm thin so I don't need to lose weight. I just want to have a more curvy body but still look thin. I want to have Jessica Alba's body or Fergie from the Black Eye Peas in the "Hey Mama" video. What do I do to achieve that look?
 
30min on the treadmill (6km). 30min on the crosstrainer. 15min on the stairmaster.

I'm exhausted :ninja:
