Daily Exercise

I'm working out a lot lately, makes me feel so good!

Today:
100 squats
150 jumping jacks
35 min walk
30 min hometrainer
 
I went out walking for 2 hours today in the hills. It was amazing. There's some great inclines and steep roads and my legs and butt get a great workout.
 
walked 1 hour 15 minutes from champs elysees to my place feel so good now
its great to read everybody different workout keep it up guys :flower:
 
20 mins free weights, 35min cross trainer and 5min cool down on a bike plus 5min splashing in pool "cool down" - literally, it is boiling in Houston! :O

Back to it tomorrow morning for 20 min jump rope!
 
Hour and a half of tennis with my best friend. The only thing was that a ton of older people showed up and were playing and we felt so inferior to them because they were so good! :lol:
 
Wednesday: Body Combat 45 min + Yoga Meltdown 35 min
Thursday: Body Combat 45 min + Zumba 40 min + Tracy Andersson abs 25 min
Friday: Body Combat 55 min
 
Monday: Bicep Training = 45+ Minutes
Tuesday: Tricep Training = 40+ Minuetes
Wednesday: Chest Training = 50+ Minutes
Thursday: Shoulder + Back Training = 60 + Minutes
Friday: Legs + Glutes Training = 50+ Minutes
 
Can`t remember all the workout last week, but 5 times it was, which all contained cardio and strength training. Except one day I did only hour fitness yoga. I guess it goes as hot yoga as well since my apartment is HOT!

Today: Zumba 45 min, Tracy mat workout 60 min
