Tuesday: 20 minute run (treadmill)
Wednesday: 1 hour dance class
Thursday: 20 minute run (treadmill)
 
-Tracy Anderson Mat Workout
-20 min push ups
-30 min bike ride
 
Again, lot of missing updates, but today:

- 55 min Body Jam
- Tracy A. Mat workout
 
20 minutes intensive stretching (pre & post workout)
20 minutes elliptical
... I'm just starting to get back in shape.
 
I'm going to log my workout for the past week because I'm very proud of myself for being consistent! And I haven't worked out in months so it's been very overdue... ㅜㅜ

btw I took frequent walking breaks during my workouts because I'm that out of shape

Wednesday: 1 hour run
Thursday: 35 minute run
Saturday: 30 minute run
Monday: 30 minute run
Tuesday: 40 minute run
Wednesday: 50 minute run
Thursday (Today): 40 minute run
 
Wednesday: 1 hour dance class
Thursday: 20 minute run (treadmill)

I do three hours a day on my XL Glider. It's a smaller and better quality version of Tony Little's Gazelle. I've removed the handles from mine and attached five pound weights to each of the legs to make it more difficult.

Four hours on my parents' treadmill. Roughly fourteen miles on a rather steep incline. My legs are screaming at me, but it was a lot of fun.
