Stefanie, I was just wondering, when you are on the treadmill, do you walk some, run some, change pace/incline? Or do you just keep going for 90 minutes?

Just done 500 reverse cruches...

Christ, and I thought crunches were for jessies :glare:

Will walk 10 km of hills around the park in my MBTs...i'm starting to see the results! Ashtanga yoga was still by far the best thing i ever did...if only it was more accessible in London!

Now if I could just get my eating under control...I had a chocolate attack today and ate 2 big handfuls of M&M's...:o

I think I'd give you a heart attack if I told you the amount of chocolate I ate today!! Four weeks of extremely healthy eating only gave me a 3lb loss so I rebelled by eating the exact opposite of what I had been!

No exercise today apart from walking around the city for an hour at lunch. Tomorrow, the gym :muscles:

Unfortuneatly I can't exercise today!! Probably for the next week..tailbone injury. :( It even hurts when I shift position in my chair!

Last week I was cycling alot and doing Pilates every evening... but am in a total lazy rut this week it seems.... exercise doesn't turn me on all the time... maybe I should just make a playlist and dance to it or something... try to get motivated...

Ouch! Hope you get better soon:flower:

35 minutes on the elliptical, 100 ab pull-up exercises on that equipment where you just hang there on your arms (sorry, don't know what it is called!)

But I am going to Book Club tonight where there is homemade mac & cheese and lots of wine....am really going to try and exercise self-control....my problem is portion control once I start eating something really, really good. If I could only just eat a little bit...
